Yep--happened to me about 5 years ago during the early season. I had a group of 4 or 5 does out in front of me with the largest behind about 20 yards away broadside. I thought she was unaware of my presence and placed the pin right behind her shoulder. When I shot, she ducked the arrow and I got the one behind her--which moved into the path of the arrow just as I released. It was a good bit smaller than the one I wanted, but she luckily died with-in 25 yards.
