If you like the ones the shop fletched, put one in the jig & loosen all the thumb screws.
slide the clamp over the vane on the fletched arrow in the jig & the magnet on the clamp will pull the magnet on the jig into place. Tighten the screws holding the magnet. Check that the nock setting is ok & tighten that screw. It should be real close now, this works for me. The only trouble I have is the nock rotation. I usually get it right but when its off it usually takes me 2 or 3 tries to get it right. Check your nock after the first vane, this way if its off you only need to scrape off 1 vane.
You can also leave the nock unglued untill the fletchings done, I seem to do it more & more this way lately. If your using uninocks I guess that dont matter.
