I figured you at the 410 grain with all the info you gave , hope it helps but like you said next visit to the archery shop have'm weighed to be accurate .

your arrows 340 Epic weigh 9.0 grains per inch 9.0 x 28" = 252 grains
your nocks weigh 13 grains 13
your point adapter insert weighs 21 grains 21
your broadhead 100
your vanes about 24 grains @ 8.0 x 3 24

Now vanes differ in weight from company to company so you need to check your vanes company to see how much they weigh .

example - Bohning 4" vanes weigh 12.1
Easton diamond 4" vanes weigh 8.2
you are real lclose , but have'm weighed . that will put you at 69.37 KE
