Peep Question for you.....
Well, like I said last week, I was having a bit of trouble with my no-peep (the string was getting in the way of my eye and sight, leaving me with an out of focus target). I tried to put a large peep back on the bow so I could look directly through the string. Man, it's been a while since I shot with a peep. I couldn't handle it anymore. I had to take it back off since I don't have time to get used to it again before hunting season.
Here is a question and problem for those of you who swear by the peep. I had the peep lined up perectly for the 20 yard shot. No-problems. But when I went to take a 50 yard shot, my pin was not showing through the peep.
Now, I would either have to adjust my anchor to get the pin in the peep, lift my bow arm, or just use the 20 yard pin and try to guess on the amount of drop. Please don't tell me to bend at the waist because that will do absolutely nothing to bring the pin through the peep. This problem is non-existant with using the no-peep.
