Jeff, when you shoot the Winn, do you relax your hand and hold full draw with your back?
As much as possible, yes.
So, in case I didn't care about all that, how do they draw?
Well I can't really answer that, as all the things I mentioned have to do with the feel of the draw..they are uncomfortable for me to draw as you have to really grab ahold of the grip/concho, require more effort from the arm & wrist, and you have to be conscious about not letting the whole damn thing go at full draw (note I'm not talking about the winn, as it's connected to your wrist).
I'm sure some folks live and breathe by them (and that's great!), but there's a reason almost nobody makes those styles anymore.
