Default RE: SPIRIT OF THE WILD A WASTE OF A SHOW?

I have to dis-agree with you...he runs his Kamp 4 Kids every year which is a non-profit function where kids are taught bowhunting and how to say no to drugs and alcohol.

And rcd567...I don't know but have you heard of a little rock group by the name of Aerosmith? After their drug infested stupers...they started to listen to what Ted had to say...now they are clean and sober for some time now thanks to old Ted. You know how he did it...by introducing them to bowhunting, shooting, fishing, and giving them values...prior to that they never even tried it...and now they can't get enough of it. Secondly, Ted has stood up for hunters everywhere and recently was in the forefront of Michigan passing the bill to finally allow dove hunting in my state. I would feel very safe giving someone like Ted guns...he is a Deputy Sherrif. He has done more to promote the sport and combat and defeat anti-hunting groups then many organizations. I feel that most of you out there who feel he is too drastic in his actions are too complacent to even stand up against animal rightists by yourself and not hiding behind a "group"...if you ever have...you would be just as irrate as he is when you see how il-logical they really are. People who try to be nice and cuddly while trying to explain our sport are just going to be grease-spots when the antis come their way. All they have to do is show a little cuddly bear or deer being shot and they start to sway public opinion. Trust me I used to be just as nice as some of you here in this forum...it wasn't until I got up of my kind butt got a little ruffled and finally explained it...we won. And if perception is reality...(going by the 25 cent Fred Bear shows and lack of knowledge of what Ted has done for our sport) you are a very old, ignorant human being.
