After two weeks, I think I have found it. Well acceptable accuracy. With my new disc, elite, I found 95gr of pyrodex and 240gr XTP would give me 1.5 to 2" groups at 100 yards. Which for me, I am very happy with. But I got this rifle on a quest to get more speed and flatter trajectory. So I slipped that recipie in my pocket and searched for more Horsepower.

This consistented of a combination of 777 pellets and loose powder, and pyrodex pellets and loose powder, 250gr Barnes EZ, 240gr XTP mags, 240gr powerbelts, 250gr SST, 300gr SST.

I found 250gr Barnes expanders to give me 3" groups at 100 yards with the 3-777 pellets. at 2000fps give or take 100fps. Had trouble getting good chrono results. This is acceptable, but would really like to have those 1.5" groups I got with 95gr pyrodex. So my quest continues with the loose 777.

here is my problem, I have screwed up my ramrod with the barnes. These are the toughest sabots to push down. The end piece is coming out now.
