Once the gutted deer is in the pickup I back in to the garage and loop a rope around the neck of the deer and over the roof truss . I then secure the rope to the truss and drive forward,leaving the deer hanging. The garage door is closed and i'm ready to skin and debone, after proper aging. WARNING: tell the wife what you're doing before she spots the hanging carcass!
