Rotational speed is not that fast...geared for torque, not speed. The primer pocket trueing cutters have stops that will not let you over do it. I guess you COULD put a knife edge on your case mouths by really bearing down on them and holding the case there for 30 to 40 seconds. You would have to do it on purpose, though.
