The WB I recently purchased is for aluminums and the hole is bigger than that of Carbons, which as you know are smaller shafts. You could possibly shoot a carbon out of an aluminum precut WB but I don't know about the accuracy. I could try it for you the next time I shoot my bow since I do have a few carbons and let you know. I wouldn't go from a carbon WB to an aluminum, but that is my opinion.
