Default Fletching Jig

I am looking for an inexpensive, but reliable fletching jig to be used primarily to repair fletchings and maybe redo some entire shafts, but not fletch dozens of arrows per year (not yet anyways). I am new to fletching my own arrows so I need something somewhat idiot proof as well. I have looked at the AAE and the Jo Jan, but that is about it. Any help or advice would be great.

Also what are your thoughts on the arrow wraps for hunting? Are they worth the extra weight and expense. I have never used them but am thinking about trying them for a bear hunt this year.
