BS! I have heard that cry too often. Evaluation based on personal use or observing the use (test) is "performance evaluation." Ever hear of "design evaluation" where the design and intended and predicted performance is weighed (evaluated) against a historical information base regarding known application and performance requirements?

Here's what I read:
There are two types of opinions based on evaluation. Credible opinions based on actual scientific research of the product (use of said product).
Non credible opinions based on design of said product without any actual trial of the product , based solely on the lack of desire to think outside the box or except that new innovations could possibly exist that would go against the grain of old standards , ie to be set in ones ways.
Anyway , "performance evaluation" holds ten fold the credibility over "design evaluation"!
Manufacturers would dance in the streets if all their products were evaluated only by purchase and use.
And to think that Carolina Archery Products are "dancing in the streets" now!
Thats after everyone laughed at their idea in the beginning. I'd like to thank those true pioneers of "performance evaluation" who were the first to try the WB!
