I certanly dont try to twist any ones arm to buy what I preferr over the WB but anyone who comes back after buying one to complain about it eating up their fletchings cant say I didnt tell them so
Well I used to trim the old WB to make it easier on fletchings but as I said before that is no longer necessary with the new B2 model. I have been shooting the same two arrows for a month now just as my own personal test of fletching wear and I see none....thats right you heard me NONE. The new zone specific fibers work and in doing so have eliminated the only problem I had with this rest. I now see no reason to use anything else for hunting. Anyone getting excessive fletching damage from the new model is doing something wrong. (I don't care if they are the CEO of The International Bow Tuners Society.) They either have the rest set up where the arrow isn't passing through it at a perfect right angle , or its offset to the point that the fletchings are contacting the metal rim, or they are torquing their bow so badly when they shoot its causing the fletchings to hit the bristles at a weird angle.
