RE: This just in- Physics proves WB superior
I know this rest seems to fly in the face of everything conventional wisdom has taught us about fletching contact but by God it just works. I have it on my main hunting bow and love it. If all I did was hunt with my bows I'd probably have it on every single one. I just love the fact that I can lay my bow across my lap if I want to and the arrow cannot fall off. I would also think that it would be excellent for anyone that stalk hunted on foot. No, it would not be my first choice for target archery. I do shoot a drop away rest a little more accurate but only at longer distances like 50 yards. I see no difference at all out to about 35 yards which is as far as I ever shoot at whitetails anyway. Also the new B2 WB with the zone specific fibers is a huge improvement in the fletching wear department. I used to trim the WB to make it thinner and easier on my fletching but it is not necessary with the new WB.
