O.K. Deer Hunter, to sum it up for you since your shooting at 70 lbs. your total arrow weight should be 420 grains ( 70 x 6 gr. ppw ). Total arrow weight includes inserts, fleching, tips, nocks and arrow.Now if your draw length is greater then 30" you should increase to 7 gr. ppw. but the best way to calulate your proper arrow weight is to go to BowJackson.com.
