Actually JimBow , it looks like you've done everything but tune your bow
Bingo! the arrows are telling you something - but you are not listening. tuning is an interactive process. All that "stuff" you did is useless if you do not "read what the arrow is doing. Move your nock point DOWN. and move your rest to the LEFT. If left doesn't do it move it to the RIGHT. See what the arrows are doing and work to get them to go where you want.
