I personally do not own a 110, but I was looking at them pretty hard when I bought my deer rifle. I didn't think that the action felt as smooth as my ruger's, or nearly as smooth as rem., but if a guy takes care of it the way any rifle should be, you'd never have any problem with them. It's a great, fairly inexpensive rifle. I don't know what scopes they come with, but it's likely to be a wally world cheapo, but I'm sure that it's 4x, so you could at least hunt it until you could afford a better one, upgrading is what rifles are all about, buy what you can when you can, in the end you'll have a perfect rifle.
