I have owned a Savage 110E with synthetic stock for about 6 years now and have yet to experience any problems.Accuarcy is outstanding right out of the box.Dollar for dollar you can't find a better rifle.Mine was not one of the package guns but it now carries a Simmons Aetec and produces sub 1" groups at 100yrds.I would not hesitate to buy a Savage.Trigger pull is crisp and easily adjusted.
