Default Bowtech Patriot

I have been trying to tune my 04 Patriot and have been having some problems. I will list my setup at the end of this post. Here is what is going on. I get a high tear (1/2") in the paper no matter which arrow I use (400's or 340's). My groups are very good clear out to 50 yards. Arrow flight is generally good, with the occasional wobble. I have noticed that I have some fletching contact with the Trophy taker. I set it up per the instructions, "raising the last 1 1/2" of draw." I have a feeling that this is causing the tear on paper, and is surely tearing up my fletchings. Is anyone else having this problem? Would switching over to a Drop Zone help? Here is my setup:

04 Bowtech Patriot
30" Draw 62 lbs
Trophy Taker rest
Spott-Hog Sight

I have tried the following arrows, all are 29" long with a 100 gr tip:

Epic 340's
Axis 340's
Beeman ICS 400's
