Default RE: My take on the new Monster Bucks XII

ORIGINAL: Venom

I thought that this years Monster Bucks 12 videos were awesome! I thought that the new ideas for the bow tournament were cool. Like the tire on fire and the buck with a metal shield around it. T-Bone and Willy were helarious. I throughly enjoyed both volumes. And why would they have "canned" hunts! It is called quality deer management. Team Realtree RULES!
Make no mistake. I do enjoy watching the MB videos. I just think they need a new concept. I thought the fire tire trick was cool, but did you see Bill's shot?! Pathetic! I'm telling you, that guy couldn't shoot his way out of a wet paper bag! I'm not saying the hunts are canned. I'm just saying that to me they seem a little manufactured. It's just too easy. I guess I'm just a little biased toward bowhunting from a good ol' oak tree in the thick stuff - not on a road from an elevated mini-condominium with a shooting bench. It just seems lame to me. The crowd of people in the condo sit there holding a normal-voice conversation about whether to shoot the massive buck that's standing broadside in the wide open in front of them. To each their own.
