Beagle, the nuge blades are not the same as the Stingers. I agree, the nuge blades do leave awesome blood trails but they require some work to get them sharp and keep them that way. Wet weather is not freindly to them, they will rust in a heartbeat. The Stingers have stainless blades and are much sharper out of the package and much more low maintenance.
