Default RE: Fletching Tape

I had a pro shop fletch my feathers with fletching tape and it cost me 2 dozen arrows. First off the tape would not allow for the ends of the feathers to stay in contact with the shaft and this caused more noise in flight. I I saved those arrows for parctice. when it came time to refletch I took them to another proshop and inorder to get the fletchings off they would have to sand the shafts. I just don't think it is a good idea to sand on carbon shafts. so I shot the arrow until virtually aal of the fletchings were off and pitched 2 dozen Gold Tips. I will never use it again. The proshop I use now Fletches great straight to the shaft.
