i don't think you are going to be happy with a shop til you're tuning your own bow, really - at least that's my experience. get a press and learn how to do it. the chance your shop cares as much about your bow as you do is very low + no one there shoots exactly like you do so chances it will be tuned perfectly for your technique flaws is really low. nothing personal - we all have flaws - so we have to tune our bows ourselves to them.
ps - no offense to the shop owners on this forum who are spoken so highly of, but you guys aren't the norm.
