The Copper John Deadnuts Pro is my sight of choice. I like the .019 pins a little better personally. I am a little more accurate with them b.c the pins cover up less of the target. Especially at longer distances. As far as seeing the pins at dusk, CJ makes a light called the afterburner that screws into the housing. Its around $15. It works great for the last 10 minutes or so of legal shoot.
For a peep, I like the fletcher tru peep. (hunter size) Minimal speed loss and turns perfect every time if you use a loop.
