I used Montecs this year because I had them from Deer Hunting. I never got a shot so can't say how they'd work but a buddy of mine took a jake the last day with a spitfire. It looked like he'd shot the thing with a 7 Mag. Since penatration isn't an issue it seems like mechs are the best for Turkeys. Next year I'll be using Spitfires.
