Having been the first to see this project today at Lens shop, I will have to say that I am intruiged. I think Len is really on to something with this one. I don't want to give anything away until he is ready to do so himself but I will say this.

This modification will make tuning the windage on these rests, MUCH easier. As many of you know, the elevation is already pretty much micro adjustable, but the windage is very much trial and error until you get it right.

In addition to this, as Len stated above, it really toughens it up. Len all but swung from this thing today, and it did not budge.

I was already sold on the ZE so this is just the icing on the cake as far as I am concerened.

All I can say to everyone is, stay tuned. This project is in it's early stages, but looks very promising.

Lens mind can be scary sometimes with the pace that it is moving. This just proves that he is an engineer before all other things!
