I have to disagree to an extent. With a shorter draw like yours, you won't have to worry about an extremely accute string angle. I feel a shorter bow wont feel all that much different to you than a longer ATA all other things being equal. I agree that if you're looking to get a bow that has good speed at a shorter draw, a slightly shorter brace height will help out there. Since it seems most bows today with shorter braces are more relfexed, you will get more speed out of them.

If you're using this bow for hunting, I would suggest going with something around 7" brace. This way, you will have better clearence on the bow arm, especially in colder weather.
