pictures are great, seeing it happening is much much better! Even if the person behind the camera doesnt say exactly whats happening, you can pick it out....where as in pictures be it book or web pages its really left up to the writer and how well they can describe and get folks to understand whats happening.

For bow building books, selfbows that is, I would get the 3 traditional bowyers bibles....not to mention all the great extras in there!
