Tough shot you pulled off. Not far off from how I started 20 + years ago with a bow. I think you have received enough advice on how you should think and act after you kill something, so I'll give you something I learned from my similar experience.
Ask Dad or Mom to get you some judo or blunt tips. Those field tips just punch a hole and will never kill anything, as you found out with your first bowkill. Same thing happened to me. Plus, if you are going to be flinging arrows at that other chipmunk .. you'll end up needing a lot of new arrows soon if you don't get some decent blunts. You'll also be able to practice on pine cones and other stuff.
