Don't expect any customer support from Rossi if you ever need it.

Rossi is now owned by Taurus International from what I was told by a very reliable source.Taurus doesn't have the best customer service either. I guess birds of a feather flock together,unfortunately this seems to be a growing trend amongst gun companies.
