Everyone else has given you very good advice. Go back, politely ask to get exactly what you wanted in the first place, and if they will not provide that to you for no charge, then tell them (nicely) you'd like to have your money back...and then handle it from there.

On a humorous note, had you WANTED 65 pound peak weight limbs, the bow would have to go through Hoyt's "custom" shop and would end up costing you another $100. You got it for free
