As a Hoyt Dealer, I can assure you that all the bows I've ever ordered have had the limb deflection match the specific cam/draw length for that specific bow. One way that a mismatch could have happened is if the Dealer switched cams with another bow/model. In this case, it would be the Dealer's responsibility to make it 'right' or compensate you for accepting a non-standard product.
If, by chance, the Dealer received a bow that didn't meet peak weight, then it was his responsibility to notify Hoyt immediately. Trust me, Hoyt would remedy the problem if it were their fault, which I doubt. And, you will have to deal with Hoyt through this Dealer. I hope you and the Dealer can resolve this issue to your satisfaction.
