Get the names of the people involved then tell them you would like things made right by them or you will be spreading the word about them and their customer service or lack there of.Of course that's assuming you didn't just stand there and let them tell you how it was gonna without speaking up--i've seen that happen a number of times,where the unhappy customer doesn't want any confrontation and just gets pushed around only to sit and stew on what happened for hours or even days,then start badmouthing because they were mistreated.[:@]DON'T GET ME WRONG--I'M JUST PUTTING OUT A SCENARIO THAT COULD HAPPEN[:'(]Any way you look at it THEY NEED TO MAKE IT RIGHT!GOOD LUCK
