The T/C Encore has quite a selection of barrels available that can be ordered. Pretty well any caliber you want. That is one feature I like about the Encore. I was always interested in the Ruger #1 and had never see one up close until I went to Cabela’s and saw one a few weeks ago. The Ruger #1 Is a very nice rifle. Personally I would have rather had the Ruger then the Encore. I would have had to pay another $300.00 for the Ruger but it would have been well worth it.
My Encore originally came with the 7mm Rem. Mag but I ordered a 350 Rem. mag barrel for it. I wanted a big caliber good for the bush. I haven't got it yet but it’s coming. If you’re interested in ordering any barrels check out this link. www.virginvalleyguns.com
