I used a flat olive or lighter colored army model paint TESTERS.
A very small model paint brush.And dab the color onto the bow don't brush it on just dab .A little is best just out of the lid.Mix colors if you have to, to get the right texture.I did this on my 04 pro 40 and yes i seen some very small places where the metal did not get covered pin hole size spots,but it doesn't affect the way the bow shoots and it will get lots of wear and tear come hunting season.
I've seen some colored bowtechs and they look awsome .
