Seriously, if you can dish it out, they will take it AFAICT. I find alums quite easy to pull out, but carbons can be tough..at least out of 70 pound bows
. I about popped a vein trying to pull ST AXIS out of them..but I wasn't using a gripper either. Haven't tried any carbon "fat shafts" personally in them.
