You need to remember that a deer utilizes a very large area, therefore for any kind of supplement to do much good you would have to have numerous mineral sites located throughout an area of probably a mile radius or more of your hunting area unless you have a pen. These would have to be available year round to the deer. The number one thing that you and your hunting partners can do is to give the young bucks time to mature to trophy status. We put a lot of mineral salt-DiCal mineral sites out, but honestly I don't know how much good it does.
