It appears that there are alot of Lacrosse fans. I would have to gree with them. I bought a pair of the uninsulated variety a couple of weeks ago to turkey hunt in MS. They were what the locals were wearing and with good reason. Reccommended by the locals for protection against snakes which is why I purchased them. However, after wearing them for a week I think they have moved to the top of my list. They were lightwieght and comfortable on long hikes.
