I've used one now four a few years. Never had any problems with my fletchings. Does'nt throw my arrow out -of- wac or seem to slow it down.
I chronographed my arrows just to see how fast that they were going, and they were still traveling about 245 FPS.

Now granted I dont shoot 3-D. But I do alot of tree-stand hunting . And I dont worry about my arrow falling off of my rest.
