Venison Breakfast Sausage...VERY GOOD!
6 # GROUND VENISON
4 # GROUND PORK
3 TBS. SALT
1 TBS. PEPPER
1 TBS. SAGE ( MAY HAVE TO DOUBLE. TASTE FIRST)
1 TSP. GINGER
2 TSP. NUTMEG
1 TSP. THYME
2 TSP. CRUSHED RED PEPPER
4 OZ. ICE WATER
Just mix thouroughly and freeze or eat. No need to let it marinate or anything.
A friend found this recipe in a church cookbook. I tried it this past weekend...it is some good stuff.
