I went to Wannenmacher's gun show here in Tulsa today.
Man, the prices were HIGH out there today. Tikka WH in stainless/laminate was 650.00 (got mine for 599.00) and the Franchi Veloce O/U 20 gauge was 1350.00 new. I got mine for 900.00 at the same gun show a year and a half ago. Ruger M77's, Remington 700, and Winchester 70's were averaging 650.00 there. I also couldn't believe the number of Coopers, Dakotas, etc, and they were all going for 1500.00 and up! I even saw one gun that a guy wanted $10,000.00 for. I need to win the lottery!

You aren't kidding about those prices. Those people appear to be VERY proud of their guns.I use to enjoy going to shows. The last several I went to had run of the mill junk and were very high priced.It might be different if the show was in a bigger town. Now I watch gunsamerica when I'm looking for something special.
