No thats totaly right I cant under stand how the dec can say where the population is down or not, I belive the only people that truely know how their area is doing is the hunter. I know that the hunting sucks in cayuga county I used to hunt there, around cato, hannibal,a few years back the hunting was pretty good now like you said it sucks. but can WE do about it??
