340, I hate to say it , but I never read the book. I called the Lawyer discribed and was shocked to hear him say ,Your screwed he also informed me that Charges in this effect, You probly will do jail time. As also told to me , I have to go away for a couple of days and will call you when I get back, just make out a check for $3000 to start. [&o] I never did get a call back, I was hung out to dry [&o].

I would not say the lawyer that wrote the book ,is no good, because he has gave some good info to help gunowners, but personally I would not call him again. The vives I got was I had about a 3% chance of winning. MY lawyer took the draw and made the best out of it he could. The guy impressed me...BT
