Adrian I know that your lawyer was the best for I've had to reccommend him to other's as well for gun related charges. I'm glad to hear thing's are all over with finally,i know all too well just what our gunlaws will do to a person ,I've seen my F>A>C> revoked underneith my feet without even being informed and when I went to purchase a new firearm I was treated very badly ,When I asked them why I hadn't been informed of my right's being revoked they're response was that it wasn't they're duty to let me know .???????????? Well if it wasn't they're duty then just who's was it then?????? What's to say that While up moose hunting and I get checked out and finding out then that I haven't got an F.A.C. ,wouldn't this end up with criminal charges ?? I think so .
Why was I permitted to collect my own gun's from the O.P.P office when in fact my F.A. C was in all actuallity revoked at this time ?? Why was I allowed to collect another gentleman's firearm's from another attachment if again my F.A.C. was revoked .These are some interesting situation's that I experienced with our clear cut new gun law's .They haven't got a clue to what law appeal's to which crime .When they decide to pull your privelages they do it at your expense .Just reading all this just p...es me right off and I'm sorry you had to go through this ,as I well know that it's absolutely not a very pleasant experience.. Sorry to let out my anger on your post but someone has to make our law officers accountable for their mistakes HOPEFULLY IT HAPPEN"S SOON

I'm sorry to hear about the tough situations that you guys are having with all the gun laws. After hearing all the stories, it almost makes a person feel that one doesn't have rights any longer. Or atleast they are dwindling. And that's a scary feeling to have. I'm all for gun laws to attempt to keep guns out of the wrong person's hands or having gun laws to keep their owners and others safe, but sometimes things go a bit far. I wish all you guys luck with everything.
