I don't think it should require two people holding the 3D target while one pulls on the arrow to get these things out if there!!!!
Glad you didn't by the dually - you would need another friend

Sometimes a little soap, or lube will help.

Gold tip tips will help a little.

I believe Sattelite make a pre-lubed head also.

Its just a fact of life when shooting foam animals
