RE: Kudos to Bowtech and Copper John Reps
Just to comment, over the last few years I myself have seen the 'noticeable' deterioration in customer service---very sad!!
It has almost become the 'NORM' around--but fortunately for us, some companies and independant businessmen and businesswomen who have maintained their service to consumers, their performance will stand out.
This of course gives us a great deal of satisfaction, as it seems so long ago we've had the pleasure to be treated like customers.
To the small group who have maintained their service and appreciation to their customers this display will always be recognized and it builds clientele and encourages those of us who understand what customer service is all about.
Speaking for myself--it mean a whole lot and I sincerely wish we could return to those days.
Kudos to those who have kept the tradition and it is my wishes for those who have fallen behind to take notice of the fact that it is the customers who will keep the doors of business open.
