I'm writing this to say thanks to Pat and Todd at Bowtech, and Al at Copper John for the great service they've provided over the past two months since I bought my new bow.
I've had my share of questions since I got the Patriot this past January and my inherent compulsiveness to get it just right has generated alot of questions and sometimes a problem or two. These guys have been very helpful thus far and have provided great direct customer service whether it was in helping me obtain the right module or replacing sight pins. The feeling I have that these guys actually give a hoot about their customers will make it easy to make purchases in the future.
I also want to say thanks to anyone whose answered any questions for me regarding archery in general, particularly Frank who's offered up more than just his brain. He's already bailed me out of one crisis and anyone who read my "Lapper" post knows what I mean.
My Bowtech and Copper John purchases were largely based on the customer service "rumors" I read about on this and other boards and I haven't been disappointed.
