I'd choose the 7MM Rem. mag! Not too much gun for deer, and plenty of gun for most anything else!
If it's too big or too dangerous for the 7MM mag, then you'll need a .300 Ultra or bigger! And I'd say the only thing on this continent thats too big for the 7MM would be a big Brown bear.
