Based on an IBO of 283 I get 253@70 lbs. That's using the calculator @ Bowjackson and using 1.25 for the ratio and plugging the efficiency till I get the IBO spec of 283, then plugging in your #s. I have found that calculator to be very close, within a few ft/sec.
