Start off with some kind of a box call. Push button calls are real easy to use and sound real. You can yelp, cluck, and purr with them and those are the most important calls you can know. If you get to where you feel comfortable with one you might want to try a slate call as well. You can get all kinds of surfaces that all sound different. Then during the off season I would get some mouth calls and try to learn them. There isn't much time left to try to learn one now but it isn't needed. Feel free to email me if you have any questions.
